Out of stockThe new revolutionary Kinman hum-canceling pickup for Jazzmaster featuring low string pull and staggered Alnico rod magnets is alive with dynamic response and oozing with tone and harmonic nuances. The sweet treble tones have not been compromised by Kinman’s technically advanced 600 Ohm hum cancelling mechanism and are silky and sweet …. never spiky or abrasive. The midrange is well balanced with the right amount of detail that delivers exceptional clarity and definition, never veiled or muddy. The bass is defined and well rounded with a nice kick, some refer to as springy sound. The low-string-pull Alnico-K magnets are staggered so the string level balance is exceptionally good. The Kinman FatMaster set has a full bodied sound, bouncy and alive but not thin and gnarly as original Jazzmaster pickups tend to be. The midrange is well balanced with the right amount of detail that delivers exceptional clarity and definition.

Out of stockAll Kinman humbuckers have more than a hint of piano mid tones, some have more than others. The trick is to engineer a stringy sound from the low wound strings without overstepping into the territory of twang. Guitar players often complain that humbuckers are, at the same time, too trebly and not trebly enough. What we have done is to sweeten the high’s on the plain strings and remove those overly present nasty ear-splitting upper midrange spikes, while simultaneously emphasizing piano mid tones of the wound strings. It sounds simple enough but there are challenges that must be solved on a technical level in order for this delicate balancing act to be accomplished.

Out of stockKinmanusa PAF Plus Humbucker Bridge & PAF Astound Humbucker Neck. The PAF Plus is a much improved PAF which works better in the neck position than conventional humbuckers and is excellent for the bridge position too if you want noticeably less dirty growl and grind than a regular humbucker. Featuring vastly improved Tone / definition / clarity on the wound strings with minimized blurring from the low notes in the neck position, thanks to Kinmanusa’s Triple Alnico Tone advantage. The neck position has well defined and clear low notes that have a strong hint of twang and a nice dose of piano tones in the mids.

You want really loud? You want really great dynamic sound? You want a Blast? You found it here, the Tele Blaster set has our renowned Bridge Blaster and the new matching Neck Blaster, the loudest, most dynamic and most powerful Tele pickups alive that have Alnico rod magnets. These pickups are so loud they match the loudness of a Gibson Les Paul or SG so players who complain about the loudness difference of their Fender and Gibson take note. One customer from Texas recently wrote "These are off the chart excellent!! I've tried so many conventional and noiseless....I'm fortunate I did not give up the search for the best. My search is over with Kinman. In my personal observation, these are so good, I'm retro-fitting all my guitars with Kinman. Thanks a million for THE BEST pick-ups made!!! Ciao Terry You want the much loved in-between sound with both pickups on together? Far from being sacrificed for loudness you'll get the BIGGEST Tele hollow cluck sound you've ever heard. Yessirree Bob, all of that with Zero-Hum and then some. Normally pickups this loud and fat sacrifice sonic character and dynamics but not Kinman's that have our marvelous Gen-2 technology.

Impersonator 52b bridge & Impersonator 52n neck developed specially for this set to be different to the Broadcaster set which has slightly more presence n snap. Do you like a subtle and a sensual feel? The Blackguard set has Old World Tele charm, clear and not too bright with soft-ish attack and a full bottom end. Has old Tele magic and not so bright as modern pickups. We recommend you scroll to the Technical & Application Info section below for important stuff you should know about the new Neck pickup. Some people will call these noiseless Telecaster pickups but Kinman prefers to describe them correctly as Zero-Hum Telecaster pickups.

Set of 3. In his best performances Jimi had the most dynamic and explosive sounds, the notes rolled off his fretboard like magical fluid. These Woodstocks with slightly-aged Strat sound have the most thump and punch, explosive attack and exceptional clarity, definition and projection. They break into easily crunch under heavy pick attack. Heaps of Alnico tone character. Overdosed with projection and grit and powerful top end chime. Great for Heavy Rock and extreme distortion. High output with the welcome advantage of Zero-Hum. Low magnetic string pull for longer sustain and less string crash and fret buzz.

Set of 3. Why do so many guitar players seek out the warm sound of a tube amp? The Blues set is less aggressive, warmer, rounder Aged *Strat sound with milder attack than the Trad Mk-III in clean mode and breaks into crunch more easily. Surprising Alnico detail with less brightness, medium strong output. The Blues set is also great for smooth overdrive sounds with 'clarity and TONE', with Zero-Hum. Low magnetic string pull for longer sustain and less string crash and fret buzz. Quite versatile. Best in a K5 or K7 NoSoldering Harness because some players might find the Blues set in the 'series' mode of the K9 will not have the highs and definition that the Traditional Mk-II and Woodstock's have.

Set of 3.
The Mk-III set has even more of a vintage sound flavor; the Mk-II set was quite strong on the plain strings and the overall impression of the sound was a little 'in-your-face. The sound of the plain strings on this upgrade is less in your face, absolutely vintage and noticeably sweeter. Like the Mk-II this set has 'slightly-aged' sound for more defined midrange (less scooped) which is better for live performing.
Only the most privelleged players have heard genuine original vintage pickups because they are so rare. They had a big, bold sweet, elusive sound that modern pickups just can't capture. The Traditional Mk-III set sounds remarkably similar to the best Strat pickups of yesteryear. Complex Alnico character, excellent dynamics, projection and definition that are retained even when distorted. Fluid, shimmery, chimey highs (never thin or Ice picky) More punch and thwack on the wound strings than a regular new single coil. Has excellent twang and growl. Absolutely authentic classic slightly-aged vintage Alnico Strat* tone, with Zero-Hum.
Low magnetic string pull for longer sustain and less string crash and fret buzz.
Very versatile. Buy this set if you want crystal clear sounds that don't break up easily. Dramatically extended versatility with a K9 NoSoldering Harness but works in the K5 & K7 harness very well also if you don't need the additional sounds of extended switching options.

Set of 2. The most defintive classic Tele tone was made by the 1960's white-edgebound Custom Tele with single coils. These AVn-60 series pickups give you a Caricature sound of those very rare guitars that you can have for your Tele too. The 60's Custom set is bright but never thin, has improved focus, twang, dynamics and high end chime. Great for chickin pickin country lead or any other classic Tele style. The middle position of the switch sounds better than with original Telecaster pickups. Imagine the very best Telecaster tone that you can remember; this set has more body & girth which means they never sound thin or excessively bright. The sound has very nice complex Alnico midrange detail and has Zero-Hum and zero microphonic whistle. Other features players will be delighted with is the superb dynamic range and string output balance. This set has Kinmanusa's propriety Alnico low strength magnets, like all our Fender type pickups, so string pull is minimized, sustain is longer and there is less rattle and buzz from the strings crashing into the frets from excessive magnet pull.
