It still depends on the brand that you pick so before buying string cheese, you should definitely check the ingredients label for the ones without any carbs in it.
However, if you’re lactose intolerant, steer clear away from this option unless you want to let go of some bombs afterward.
10. Grain-Free Finger Sandwiches
You can also make low-carb snacks at home in addition to the store-bought ones you currently have (or plan on getting).
